Notary Public

Notary Public: Your Trusted Witness for Critical Documents

In countless legal, financial, and personal transactions, the authenticity of signatures and documents is paramount.

A Notary Public serves as an impartial witness, ensuring that signed documents are legitimate and that all parties are who they claim to be. At Resolution Center Services, we provide reliable, efficient, and professional Notary Public services, offering the peace of mind that your important documents are properly executed and legally sound.

Our Notary Public Services:

We provide notarization services for a wide variety of documents, including but not limited to:
Legal Documents: Power of Attorney, wills, trusts, affidavits, sworn statements, court documents, depositions.
Financial Documents: Loan agreements, promissory notes, banking forms, credit applications.
Business Documents: Contracts, articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, corporate resolutions.
Personal Documents: Vehicle title transfers, medical directives, consent forms for minors to travel, certified copies of documents (where allowed by state law).
Paternity Affidavits: Documents related to legal recognition of parentage.

Types of Notarial Acts We Perform:

  • Acknowledgements: The most common notarial act, where the signer declares to the Notary that they have willingly signed the document.
  • Jurats: Where the signer takes an oath or affirmation before the Notary that the contents of the document are true. This often accompanies affidavits and sworn statements.
  • Oaths & Affirmations: Administering a solemn promise of truthfulness (e.g., for depositions or testimony).
  • Copy Certifications (where allowed by state law): Attesting that a copy of a document is a true and accurate reproduction of the original. Note: Not all states permit Notaries to certify copies of vital records (birth, death, marriage certificates).

What to Bring to Your Notary Appointment:
To ensure a smooth and efficient notarization process, please bring the following to your scheduled appointment:

  • Valid, Current Photo Identification: (e.g., Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Military ID, or other government-issued ID). The ID must not be expired.
  • The Complete Document(s) to be Notarized: Do NOT sign the document beforehand unless specifically instructed by the document itself or your legal counsel. The Notary must witness your signature.
  • Any Required Witnesses: If your document requires witnesses in addition to the notary, please bring them with their valid photo identification. Notaries cannot typically provide witnesses.
  • Payment Method: (e.g., credit/debit card, cash).

At Resolution Center Services, we are dedicated to providing accessible, professional, and reliable Notary Public services. We prioritize accuracy, security, and customer convenience to ensure your important documents are handled with the care and diligence they deserve.
