We provide professional translation, transcription, and interpretation services. Whether it's a legal document, medical appointment, or business meeting, we help bridge the language gap.
What’s the difference between translation, transcription, and interpretation?

Mediation, Notary Public Question & Answers
What is mediation?
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process where a neutral third party (the mediator) helps people resolve disputes through open communication and mutual agreement. It’s a flexible alternative to going to court.
What types of disputes can be handled through mediation?
Mediation can be used for a wide range of issues, including family matters, landlord-tenant disagreements, workplace conflicts, business disputes, and community or neighbor issues.
How is mediation different from going to court?
Mediation is less formal, faster, and often less expensive than court. Instead of a judge making the decision, the people involved work together to find a solution they both agree on.
Who can request mediation services?
Anyone involved in a conflict can request mediation—whether you're an individual, a business, or part of a community organization. All parties must agree to participate.
What languages are available for mediation services?
We currently offer mediation in English and Haitian Creole. This allows all parties to fully participate and understand the process. Additional languages may be added in the future.
What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is a state-authorized official who witnesses the signing of important documents, verifies identities, and helps prevent fraud by ensuring that all parties understand the document they are signing.
What types of documents can you notarize?
We notarize a variety of documents, including affidavits, power of attorney, real estate forms, contracts, and more. If you're unsure whether your document needs notarization, feel free to ask us.
Do you offer remote notarization?
Yes. We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), which allows you to get your documents notarized over a secure video call from anywhere—no need to travel or meet in person.
What do I need for a remote notarization appointment?
You’ll need a valid photo ID, a device with a camera and internet connection, and your document ready in digital format (PDF preferred). We'll guide you through the secure online signing process.
Is a remote notarization legally valid?
Yes. Remote notarizations are legally recognized in many states, including ours. Once complete, your notarized document is just as valid as one done in person.
